Mallory Vezsenyi, RMT
My passion for health and wellness was first sparked after sustaining an injury where I sought out massage therapy as a treatment. After realizing the benefits of massage therapy I was instantly drawn in a career path of helping others. I studied Kinesiology at Brock University before setting my sights in massage therapy at Lambton College in Sarnia. After completing 2200 hours of training, I was very excited to start my career path as a Registered Massage Therapist.
I view massage therapy as a form of manual manipulative healing and as a health care professional will work with you to develop a specific treatment plan to help you reach your goal. From my clinical experience I have treated a range of conditions from sports related injuries, to postural imbalances, and specific injuries including sprains, strains, impinged nerves, low back and neck spasms, tendonitis, and headaches. I utilize myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, remedial exercise, joint mobilizations and stretching in my treatments. I strongly believe that regular massage is important in the maintenance of your overall health and wellness. It gives me such satisfaction and fulfilment in knowing at the end of the day I had made a difference in helping clients feel healthier, mentally, and physically.
