Yasmine Nassereddine, RP
I graduated from Yorkville University and have been working in the field for over two years. I work from a trauma-informed lens, which means that I create a safe space for my clients and that I can help you find ways to communicate what your story is. I use approaches such as narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and attachment-based therapy.  I utilize techniques from a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Play Therapy and Art Therapy, especially for children

Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy allow you to be the leader of your story and see your hidden strengths. You are the expert in your life and I am here to listen. Attachment Therapy helps you understand the relationships you have with the important people in your life and how these relationships have influenced you and impacted you today.  I am trained in the Gottman Method for Couples as well as the parenting intervention called Circle of Security. Circle of Security is an attachment-based intervention that helps parents understand what their child is trying to communicate.

I will go at your pace and help you make sense of your busy life.

Please email me at if you have any questions or to book an appointment.
