Prior to pursuing my career in osteopathy, I completed my undergrad at McMaster University earning my Honours Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies. This is where my interest in Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics truly began to grow.
I graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy earning my Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). This intensive four-year program included 4,200 hours of education and 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training, giving me a strong foundation in classical osteopathic principles and hands-on treatment.
I’m also a member of OSTCAN (Ontario Osteopathic Association). Being an OSTCAN member means I’ve completed a Type 1 osteopathic program that meets the highest international standards as outlined by the World Health Organization. As a member, I’m held to rigorous educational, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring my patients receive safe and effective care.
I’m very passionate about supporting my patients through personalized treatments that address the root cause of dysfunction and help restore balance to the body. I use manual therapy to improve mobility, enhance circulation, improve posture, relieve pain, reduce stress, and aid in the overall function and health of the body’s many systems (ex. digestive health). My goal is to create a supportive environment where each patient feels heard and cared for, while helping patients reach their health goals.
